Grand Cru Private Tasting Experience
Step into the heart of our winemaking journey with an intimate, curated tasting at Grand Cru Custom Crush—the home of Innumero’s craft and hospitality. Designed for discerning guests seeking a deeper connection to wine, this private experience is tailored to groups of eight or fewer.
Hosted personally by proprietors Brian and Sheree Thornsberry, each tasting is thoughtfully composed to reflect your preferences and palate. Enjoy a bespoke selection of local artisan cheeses, charcuterie, fresh breads, and seasonal bites, all chosen to complement the elegance and complexity of our wines.
Your visit includes a guided tour of our production facility, offering behind-the-scenes insight into our winemaking philosophy, along with exclusive barrel samples of current vintages. Expect a relaxed yet refined 90-minute immersion into the artistry of Innumero winemaking.

Set amidst the serene beauty of Pour Le Goût Farms in Forestville, California, this exclusive lunch is hosted by Brian and Sheree Thornsberry and paired with the full expression of the Innumero portfolio.
Crafted in collaboration with acclaimed wine country chefs Scott Lietzke and Martin Meeker, this intimate gathering—limited to just six guests—offers a deeply personal journey through seasonal flavors and Sonoma terroir. Each dish is sourced directly from the farm and artfully paired to highlight the nuance and character of our wines.

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.
How long are the tasting experiences?
Grand Cru Private Tasting: Approximately 90 minutes
Epicurean Tasting & Lunch: Allow 2 to 2.5 hours for the full experience
Are dietary restrictions or allergies accommodated?
Absolutely. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or food allergies when booking, and we will do our best to tailor the experience accordingly.
Can I purchase wine during the experience?
Yes. Wines from the Innumero portfolio will be available for purchase during your visit.
Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

Our experiences are designed for adults 21 and over. We kindly ask that you leave children and pets at home to ensure a relaxing and uninterrupted visit for all guests.
