Your visit includes a guided tour of our production facility, offering behind-the-scenes insight into our winemaking philosophy, along with exclusive barrel samples and current vintages.

Crafted in collaboration with acclaimed wine country chefs Scott Lietzke and Martin Meeker, this intimate gathering—limited to just six guests—offers a deeply personal journey through seasonal flavors and Sonoma terroir. Each dish is sourced directly from the farm and artfully paired to highlight the nuance and character of our wines.

Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply seeking an unforgettable moment in wine country, this experience promises lasting memories and meaningful connection.

Hosted by proprietors Brian and Sheree Thornsberry, each tasting is thoughtfully crafted to reflect your unique preferences and palate. Taste through our current releases alongside select library wines, featuring Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vintages from renowned vineyards in the Russian River Valley. This curated flight offers a unique opportunity to explore the depth and evolution of our exceptional wines.

Enjoy a bespoke selection of local artisan cheeses, charcuterie, and seasonal bites, all expertly chosen to complement the elegance and complexity of our wines.

Yes, a credit card is required to secure your reservation. Charges will be processed at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.

How long are the tasting experiences?

  • Grand Cru Private Tasting: Approximately 90 minutes.

  • Epicurean Tasting & Lunch: Allow 2 to 2.5 hours.

  • VIP Tasting at Appellation Healdsburg: Approximately 90 minutes.

Are dietary restrictions or allergies accommodated?
Absolutely. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or food allergies when booking, and we will do our best to tailor the experience accordingly.

Can I purchase wine during the experience?
Yes. Wines from the Innumero portfolio will be available for purchase during your visit.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

  • Epicurean Tasting & Lunch: Limited to 8 guests

Are children or pets allowed?
Our experiences are designed for adults 21 and over. We kindly ask that you leave children and pets at home to ensure a relaxing and uninterrupted visit for all guests.

What should I wear?
Wine country casual is perfect. Comfortable footwear is recommended, especially for the farm experience or production facility tour.
